We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to architect and lead our global marketing initiatives for a multi-billion dollar Salesforce business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling marketing operations, generating demand and pipeline, and fostering customer and brand loyalty in a SaaS environment. The candidate must balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and be primed to foster a culture of data-driven, results-oriented, innovative marketing. Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership to design and execute global marketing strategy; Pipeline and Demand Generation to build and maintain a robust demand generation engine; Marketing Operations and Analytics to optimize operations and utilize data analytics; Product Marketing to work closely with product and sales teams; Content and Thought Leadership to lead creation and distribution of marketing assets; Brand Stewardship to enhance and safeguard brand positioning; Team Leadership and Development to recruit and mentor a high-performance team; Budget Management; and Industry Trends and Competitive Analysis. Requirements include data and results-driven leadership, passion for enterprise software, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, proven marketing campaign execution, 15+ years of marketing experience, people-focused leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functionally.
