We are seeking a Recruiter to join a local manufacturing company outside of Madison for a short term contract.

Contract Recruiter – Production employees

$30.00 - $45.00/HR (prefers $30-$35/HR but open to more, pay may impact duration)

99% Remote - This person must work the first 2 days on-site to get the rundown of company

Duration: 2-8 months

• Unknown how long they will need someone. She said 2 – 8 months.
• The person who takes this job must 100% commit to 8 weeks of work. If this person can not commit 100% to 8 weeks she asked that they do not apply. She respects that the person may be looking for a direct job but asks that they let any companies know they are available 8 weeks from their start date at minimum.

Why is the job open:

• Need some immediate help to get them fully staffed on production. They have at least 10+ openings that need to be filled immediately on the lines. HR has zero time to do it. The person may help with other areas of hiring but the purpose of the hire is to get them fully staffed. Their current staff is working 50 hour weeks to keep them running. They need help.

Requirement: Must have recruited for a manufacturing company or for production employees prior.

Hours: Open to a part time recruiter or a 40 hour per week recruiter

Additional Notes:

• Company has 175 people
• Trying to move up the starting wage for production as we speak which will help
• New HRIS Software has applicants applying to website
