What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced and successful Customer Service Regional Manager. This position is key to the support and development of our front line team in a contact center environment. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

The Customer Service Regional Manager leads multiple office teams within a region, ensuring alignment with company goals, driving performance, and promoting a culture of excellence. They play a strategic role in mentoring office managers, streamlining operations, and improving the customer experience across all regional locations.

• Oversee and support Office Managers and CSRs across multiple branches.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure service standards, KPIs, and CSAT scores are consistently met.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Identify training needs and standardize procedures across locations.
• Analyze regional performance data and take action to improve results.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development efforts within the region.
• Foster a high-performance culture and uphold Alta's customer-first mission.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in customer service.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel and manage remote teams effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in pest control industry preferred but not required.
