Experience with sourdough and levain based breads preferred, Serv Safe certification is a plus!We are a nationally recognized and tight knit team of bakers, looking to find someone who loves baking as much as we do. We want the best of the best to join our team-- whether that be a highly experienced baker who will share their knowledge with us, or an incredibly hard-worker, who might not have extensive professional experience, but has the desire to learn and understand how the best breads are made and is willing to work until they master it.Requirements2+ years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen preferred but willing to teach the right person!
