Your Responsibilities

As the Program Lead, you will:

  • Facilitate efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in your assigned accounts.
  • Assist therapy staff in delivering effective rehab services while adhering to established care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care and maintain routine customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services are met.
  • Monitor financial controls of revenue and expenses in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Area Director.
  • Support staff development and promote clinical programs in collaboration with licensed therapists.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facility management teams and staff.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by AOTA - ACOTE standards, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience.
  • Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • The ability to practice occupational therapy per state guidelines.
  • A valid occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Salary Range

Competitive salary ranging from USD $46.00 - USD $66.00 /Hr .
