Sales-Driven Project Coordinator for Sign Company that creates & installs Branding Projects for Workplace Interiors & Event Environments in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• The Signs & Graphics Project Coordinator position in the Washington, DC area requires an organized and proactive professional who helps drive the client’s vision to brand their commercial interiors and event environments from the initial request through successful project completion.

• This role supports our proven, process-driven systems and involves coordinating project details, developing estimates and quotes, collaborating with sales and production teams, and ensuring seamless execution of vinyl graphics, custom interior signs, and wall displays.

• The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction, project accuracy, and timely delivery.

• This is a hybrid position that blends elements of project coordination and client service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Primary Work Location: Arlington, VA office

• In-Office Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (and as required)

• Reports directly to the Director of Development

• Additional role-specific details will be provided upon review of your application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 per year + Commission/Incentive

Experience:

• Sales and Project Management of Workplace Interior Graphics and Event Signage Projects: 2 years (Required)
