Construction Mechanics Inc. is hiring experienced Tile Setters for a project in the West Palm Beach area. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on high-quality commercial and residential tile installation projects. The ideal candidates will have experience with flooring, wall tiles, cutting, grouting, and waterproofing , while ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar
• Cut, shape, and lay tiles with precision using hand and power tools
• Install various types of tile, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and stone
• Apply grout and seal tile installations for a polished finish
• Follow blueprints, layout plans, and job specifications
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and project requirements
• Work efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of tile setting experience in commercial or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, grouting, and waterproofing
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and layout instructions
• Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $20 - $28 per hour , depending on experience
