Entry Level Marketing Associate

Position Overview: Communiboost Are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing? We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with seasoned marketing professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing strategy, campaign development, and market research. Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly Location: Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Support the organization and coordination of promotional events and activities.
• Help manage and update the company's social media channels and website content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
